Frage von Ochs-vorm-Berg:Hello. I have a few problems with the on-and playing off of HDV footage in Adobe Premiere CS5:
1st I want to capture my HDV natively, of course, raw material in Premiere.
After I have prepared the Project I have captured. In my folder for the rough cut videos are now all but. Mpeg and. Xmp files.
Is that correct? Change can not the most, right?
2nd I will pass on the half-finished and finished sequences lossless archive. Is it not really "Uncompressed Microsoft AVI" the best solution? Unfortunately, he then gives the size to 720x480, which can not be helped.
How do I get the clips for now played out in which lossless, native format?
The Adobe Help Center, Google and the search of forums I am unfortunately not progressed. What am I doing wrong??
Best regards, Olli

Yes rightly so. Can not be changed. HDV = MPEG2

Uncompressed is definitely not the best solution especially if you want to give it (requires enormous space). Look in the manual for HDV export.

I'm assuming you have otherwise always captured DV, for as you get AVI files and not MPEGs (I do not know if this is still the case now)
But why bother you know that you can get MPEG files?
For the export I am always Mov Photo-JPEG, but it may make with the Quicktime stuff on the PC sometimes be difficult. Then I would just take MPEG.
