Hi,
I have the following problem. Have about 20 DV Cassette recorded with my Canon MV300i is here and they wanted to play on my PC. Since my camera is broken but (Vol. salad), I have films with a different model dubbed. However, the only sound with no interference or even over. Have several Cassette Camera for 3 different types of play and no synonymous success.
Could it be that films taken with the Canon synonymous only to the same camera can be played? How do I get my footage with sound on my PC to get? Could it be that the adjustment of sound recording heads with different camera brands are different? As I said, no other camera was the sound correctly at Play function play. Maybe somebody has a good tip for me? Gruß Peter

In this case, it is not so good with the compatibility of the recorded data. When it is no longer possible, the recording device for playback only, then try it out, the same model to get.
Could it be that the adjustment of sound recording heads ... No, this is not possible because the picture and sound with the same heads, written and read.

thank you for your information. Yes, the tapes were in Long Play
recorded. Have been synonymous in the E-bay trying same Camera
to auction. Unfortunately, until now without success (I am always amazed
that the people so much money on old cameras offer). Does it make sense
the tapes of a specialized shop to DVD to play on?
Well I will have something else to my footage
can still be saved.

Does it make sense to a specialized shop of tapes to DVD to play on? The dealer will have the same problems, the recordings play, unless there is a Canon MV300i used for playback.
Furthermore, the DVD (- video) on the basis of data and no-nesting optimal starting point for video editing (I assume that you did before?).

Have 2 different models of JVC and tried a Panasonic.
As I have said has not brought much. Thanks again for your tips.
Maybe I get cheap but still an old Canon!
