Good morning s.euch,
I bought a friend a Flycam 3000 for very cheap money. My camera is a Panasonic DVX100.
Problem is the following. We read again and again of these 2.5 seconds "rule" in the Camera of horizontal to vertical to swing / can / need. Resonates with me through all the fun in 1 second.
This is what I get with the best will not go. Another problem which I also get the best will not correct: The gimbal rotates at the slightest "shock" to the left slowly and disappear abruptly and the balance of the gimbal tilts forward and right. I have tried all positions but it came in the ninth desired effect.
Used were all attached weight plates.
And yes, I am aware of the fact that the Flycam is not madness product and I am also clear that this product or generally favorable systems can be perfectly balanced, but somehow it must be possible, at least to 99% when I comparable look at videos on YouTube.
I miss simple and poignant weight? I have not tried with other weights. Unless it is explained, but the links do not rotate.
Or is the question of principle, unnecessary and the DVX simple and poignant "oversized" for this system? The maximum weight is n.gelistet with 2.7, so therefore that is still very good in?
If the system does not really get added I sell it stop, but I would get really really like to have it run on.
(And in their own right, yes, I am an amateur and yes, I know that "perfect" recordings can not be reached after 5 minutes of training. I am happy to incorporate any change to a better and larger body-based system, in ... feeeerner future)

I would say you have placed too much weight! There are really good tutorial videos on Youtube .. in English Language.
And the DVX100 was synonymous not be too difficult - it is rather easy to handle men ... .
Do that again s.besten in peace ... and looking after the Glidecam videos explain really well, because if your cluster has a drop-down time of only 1 second you're still really far off.
And keep in mind that any weight change means new balance again ... Say, if you pop up the LCD monitor or otherwise need to use another battery you readjust.
It takes the first time really quite find the right balance for too long ... It is fiddly job.
