when you write "problems with sound card" ... You have may have some? What's the problem? It should not all too high demands s.The card must be provided.

So, I have the following sound card: PROMISE TECHNOLOGY INC Ultra 133 TX2 (PCI)
The problem is this: When recording of a comment on the sound card (VoiceOver) creates a permanent hum. It should be noted that the problem either through the microphone or by the cable arises because there was no problem with my old PC. For a better solution to include a comment I would also be grateful.

Euh, I've made a mistake to look at. They are following sound card: Sound Card C-Media 8738 sound card LX and not the details supplied above map.

For hum s.Mikrofoneingang a sound card, there may be many causes, mostly it's interference of electromagnetic interference within or outside of the computer. I do not think it has to do something with Liquid. Or is the hum in the recording with other programs not?
Remedy extere creates a sound card with USB port.
I always take reviews with a sound program (in my case, WaveLab Lite, but is synonymous of each other). Then I cut the comment synonymous same in the audio program (because I am one of those people who often promise).
Then I import into the comment as a WAV editing program.
Usually I start even with the comment s.and then cut the pictures to match (instead of just the pictures cut out and then adjust the comment). Probably force everyone else. :)
