We have an extensive documentary project with the following problems:
-a lot of material to (now about 15 hours recording)
-due to lack of experience with projects of this magnitude and Premiere Pro1.5, we have recorded unstructured material, that is partially full tapes of up to 1 hour
Hard Drive Size: 160 GB (almost full)
-in the storyboard, we have set in the "high" cost - and Out points as a synonymous brands, which we have duplicated some clips, which has obviously impacted negatively on the free space
Now the question is how we bring the project in a concise form.
We need up to 1 hour. Avi files only few parts.
Does that mean we have to import everything still check out what we need?
Has anyone any tips for dealing with general projects of this size?

HI sübzerö,
try to create the views in projects \ project manager ... "New tailored Project. Premiere then you copied all the cut scenes as separate clips in a folder.
