Raab Herbig and tear is probably true of face masks. You can see the real masks synonymous in the following settings.
Now, by morphing, or as synonymous always the face of the last person to the real masks draufgemapt. Since this is shortly after the cut happens, this effect is relatively short sequence and it is right after the cut actually the other person in the picture. It is just cleverly done.
