I would like Quicktime and H264 via a small clip of the output is destined for the Internet.
In itself not a problem only in the audio compression formats I am not quite through. What is s.empfehlenswertesten for Language and Music with a low constant size?
Qmusic hats verbockt, Raw 2:1 was too big and now I prefer to ask before after I waste precious time rendering ;-)

AAC, 128 kbit / s.

AAC comes in for me not to Premiere Choice

Then I can not help. Try it over a Quicktime export and compress it from the Quicktime Player.
