Frage von frm:Hi,
I will tap a beamer signal and record the signal with a PC.
The PC hardware I have. However, I do not know if this works technically as I thought.
The projector (Panasonic PD6300) is with 5 BNC RGBHV cable connected.
Now I would a cable (eg http://www.yatego.com/al-kabelshop/p, 46bc6c27df65a, 4692564959af38_5, vga bnc cable RGBHV? Sid = 04Y1298880925Y1c183b64fa525cf2b5)
with this then this VGA distributor (http://www.amazon.de/Y-Kabel-Anschluss-Beamer-Monitor-einem/dp/B001L6ARW8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298881292&sr=8-1)
, then go with an output record in my computer to and with the other going to the projector.
Do you think the work?
Recording will happen in 1024x768.
What do you think?

Hi, without knowing your circumstances in which this is what you've described, does not work so well.
If you want to go your way, would be an active RGBHV to VGA Converter Box with adjustable H-Sync is the better choice! (Provider bsp. Kramer)
In principle, it would be better to capture the same RGBHV signal (via RGBHV Distribution) with a deck or a video interface such as DeckLink to Motu with appropriate connectors. As you save the Transitional and cable resistance, which can be quite an issue at longer distances.

Is everything clear to me, I just do not know whether the Edius card I borrow it supports it. How does this because technically, VGA and RGBHV signal is actually the same right?

To give you can help because it needs more info
What exactly do you take for a projector.
Almost all Panasonic projectors start with PT
with 6300 I only know the Panasonic PT-DW6300ELS and the wine is WXGA Projector XGA 1280 * 800 and a signal is eigendlich not very useful.
And technical functions of your solution would not work because passive Spillter are not suitable for the projectors to provide over long distances.
So what to do right.
What exactly Beamer
Which resolution
What Distance Calculator Beamer.
Yes VGA and RGBHV are the same. only when no RGBHV cable
digital data to be sent with the monitor detection because the corresponding Signallietungen missing
I know, the card does not Edius XGA record incoming signal.

Here I have a still image of the connections of the projector.
Projector is a Panasonic DW 6300 (is so on the case)
Distance to me is not quite clear between Calculator and Beamer is in an auditorium set s wired 50-100 meters)
I've already made at several dealers smart.
Apparently, the solution to RGBHV VGA cable, of them to a VGA splitter, and then once to work Aufzeichenn and once in the projector via VGA.
Newspaper companies have independently confirmed this to me.
What do you think?

I can hardly imagine that a reputable dealer told you that the use of a passive Spitters (this was your link) and does a long cable.
Then take at least something.

That's how it works but the bottom of the Leverl.
To your projector. It is as I've written in my last posting a 800th WXGA projector with the Resolutionvon 1280 *
On one side sit the projector no problem to give an XGA signal (containing smaller then the picture) or on the ora ACTIVE Spitter to drive a WXGA 720p signal.
Not entirely clear to me how you want to record a VGA signal.
I am at least not a cheap solution that does know this, and my knowledge is not the synonymous Edius card.
Of course there solutions to eg
http://www.vga2usb.de/
Dreii Ansätzte come to mind.
1. Cature device rent.
2.
Projector directly s.den Computerin Resolution720p of the output to DVI 2 clone and then with the Magic Back Ner DVI siganl capture.
3
projector can s.den Comnputer, any Resolutionund on the computer a screen capture program to run, that the screen captures in real time with.

Generally, I give you right, I rent the system for recording. Everything takes on what it delivers (PAL to Full HD 1024x576 or synonymous my signal. Of course, I have such a VGA converter in use and no Y cable.
The projector is synonymous to data 1024x768, so I put this one Sun
So would this all work Sun
Hab's all schonmal is operated, but not with the beam and RGBHV variant. Otherwise, I know the system.
