Hi All,
I have the following idea in mind, but do not know how I can implement (and especially: WHETHER it is implemented on a computer is received ...): TV and now I want this program over another, standing abroad, Calculator, . Cam Is it possible to be solved via streaming, and how? I am a newbie in this matter and would be grateful for any help!

I am dealing with the streaming just because a customer asked the live broadcast of a sporting event / has been commissioned.
As far as I've tried it before, you need on one Page only a PC with TV card for receiving the television program and the Windows Media Encoder, which gives it free on the website of Micro $ oft. You start the WME, select "broadcast a live event" and then set your TV card as a video source. After a few improvements in the default settings (frame rate, etc.) and specify a server you can start.
At the other end, a calculator, which receives the data using Windows Media Player displays and stands. Looks
exactly like the path in between, I myself do not yet know the details ... well that I am "big day" means a computer expert who was here! ;-)
