Hi!
I am currently in search of a solution in a rotary (drama), as well as possible and of course, synonymous cheap, the sound recorded.
I realized that s.besten a CameraLink wär with XLR inputs, but it is not sure whether we get an even, because otherwise we have with one, tell me I am satisfied with the ordinary camcorder.
This does have a 3.5 mm input jack Micro, but is not so much to use, because you can not disqualify him of course and no phantom power.
Thus, in order to come to the point, I'm herumgesucht and finally came to the following composition:
- Mobile mixer Behringer ubb 1002
- Gemini ikey USB Recorder
- Ev Micro T-Bone EM9900
I would be at a price of just under 300 euros.
Now, I would like to seek some opinions, or perhaps synonymous better solutions, with this I think I am very flexible with regard to the number of synonymous terms s.mikros, and what happened to me va. important is the mobility without having to lug a generator must.
One question I have, what if only a micro 19V phantom power (in this battery-operated mixer) instead of the 48V gets?

Of the ikey I would advise you. I had times as a part. A good approach, but the audio quality was miserable. It may be that there was a defect. I had no 2nd Comparison to the device. What has disturbed me most was the poor display. Only one LED, a flashing overdrive displays. That is not enough.
The company has now a new device on the market, which I do not know. I would you like (if so around 300 euros must) to a small multi-tracker or a Pocket Recorder guess:

The dealer is chosen purely by chance. I do not know him, so I can not synonymous Recommendation pronounce, then shopping. There are the devices but when pretty much every musician needs - Dealers. Researching worth it because of significant price differences often can be found. There are of course a wealth more s.solchen matters. Up priced and are of course synonymous qualitatively almost limitless. Personally, I have the above Fostex and am so very happy (portable, with batteries to operate, XLR connections, faster data exchange with the PC). Whether the part but last for a feature film;)?

but I like this solution very well, synonymous because of the rapid transfer to PC.
what you probably have meant that the new of ikey, since there are quite the same model, but including synonymous. with headphones output, well levels, the device is but one-100er expensive ...

why not directly on the camera record?
ich würd you judge a good micro and 'nen small mini mixer recommend ... mikrofon in the price range would vllt. rode a ntg2 as synonymous comes directly inside the battery-fed and do not need extra power.
All via xlr to 'nem ala beachtek mini mixer and then into the camera ... or hold on so'n behringer part because although I've no idea how the quality is.
btw. in this multitrackern you should look at the device-48khz sample rate on bags, as otherwise the program usually cut everything back to 48khz to be changed ...

I have the part so far only one to two times only as a stereo recorder for additional external sound recordings used. To my knowledge, are synonymous, only two tracks at once. The other tracks may mann then passes one of the next record. You need it not. For stereo recording, you can stop for longer recording. More than 2 tracks, you need only if your film will be in surround. But will this actually been done in dialogs? But rather Atmo and Music.
Rush argument regarding the sample rate of course, true. 48kHz are always better. However, it is something deeper in the pockets.
For simple voice recordings and synonymous for the majority of recorded music, the 44.1 kHz from synonymous. That's CD quality and CDs are so synonymous in the dubbing included. I think that this is synonymous as a mixer device for direct recording in the camcorder can be used, possibly even with simultaneous recordings on CF Card. As one would indeed have the output for a portable mixer save.
But I am not quite sure on this, it must still look at the opportunity to try.

48kHz are always better. .... For simple voice recordings and synonymous for the majority of recorded music, the 44.1 kHz from synonymous. If possible, you should always aim at the planned format for DV editing with 48KHz. Some NLE editing systems react somewhat "allergic" against mixed sound formats ....

There are so synonymous XLR adapter for camcorder, designed specifically for 3.5-mm micro camera inputs are made, and 48V phantom power provide many synonymous aussetuereungsanzeige and gain potentiometers.

Sure you can sound very synonymous with the camcorder itself record.
I personally, shaped by their own negative experiences, would be important audio recordings, however, always a parallel recording source to the camera recording can run. Otherwise, with a small drop-out, along with the image synonymous still the only sound recording lost, which may be tragic than a few picture frames loss.
So would I use the approach of the thread-starter full support.
