Hello,
I can for some time on my laptop watching TV,
but if I record something, the files will always be several GB in size.
I'm looking for a free program with which I can zoom the images.
I hope someone can help me

MPG (MPEG-II, probably in this case) is already compressed. More compression would be for quality reasons is not recommended. If it's necessary but it is not the way s.DIvX & Co. lead. That goes very well with VirtualDub or SUPER ©, both free.
