Plates, which I have or know of, all run via a USB connection. Are there Firewire Adapters> USB or does it not? For example, there is Memup of various boards, the signal via HDMI or YUV and inserting as MPG2 store for processing. Would be ideal, also the parts with approximately 200th - relatively affordable with up to 1TB of memory.

USB-Firewire adapter so there is not. These are always rel. large boxes with electronics and electricity connection.

Memup yesterday with phone calls, there is synonymous with 2 units per recording AVI and MPEG2!, One is already in the market as a series NRX, the other, better, should come in mid-December as a Model "ZX". But we wanted more accurate because I do not know wg. price, etc. In any case, at least, the NRX plays 1920x1080i from the ZX can be even 1920x1080p. The absorption capacity of the notebook can still be with an external hard drive (which can then be synonymous USB) almost beliebit expanded.
In place of the notebook, you can obviously synonymous a fully-fledged desktop PC take.

Was perhaps a little unclear of me: it's about the idea of movies directly without SD tape or chip on board exteren incorporated by camcorder, wg. the higher capacity. And as a standard MiniDV Camera is no operating system or program, which is based on a hard disk and create a file in a desired format (eg. AVI) can write and manage. This requires more than just the disk space with his read.
If it is so easy, a cheap HD via cable s.die Camera to stop, that would make products such as the outrageously expensive Fire Tore-line and immediately out of business!

I will end December 3h event a record and do not want too much money in Extra-long DV tapes stuck.

Adobe Premiere works well with the direct recording, as long as you do not forget your power supply have very long synonymous. :)
