Hello,
I would like to interview with a recorder to record. Since I often synonymous nature photography running and you quite often run the O-sound for example, a presentation / slide show would have, I would like an MD player to buy.
Meanwhile, the so cheap to get.
Can you recommend me a model, which we could take this?
Did they perhaps some more suitable than this proved?

I can recommend Tonrecorder, directly to SD Card or Compact Flash memory. There are devices that record in 24Bit. A visit to the Edirol page worthwhile. For upscale Field Recording rights (symmetric connections, phantom power, good display) is then Fostex Marantz or next. Nagra and Aaton we can now.
But I have an Edirol R1 of the best and am satisfied. LineIn, MicIn (selectable for dynamic microphones and condenser microphones ... without phantom power). With a few ordinary Batteries 1GB Compact Flash to get a few hours.
MD is for me a dark chapter. From the schäbbigen ATRAC apart, wiped my device sometime simply insert the complete write-protected MD. Okay, a long time ago and you can auchinzwischen allegedly recording in WAV and with special Sony software synonymous transferred via USB. But since I prefer the Compact Flash solution with the R1 in any case before. Just because I am with the AD-converters

Hello.
I have myself an MD recorder as a recording device, and am completely satisfied. It was originally times as a cheap solution, and I'm still excited of the quality and flexibility. You can switch easily into any pocket are unicellular, and the Micro in the habnd, DNN the recording, you can remotely control (between the player and headphones) s.and abschlaten. There is a PCM mode, with which one can very acceptable. The recording can then be sent via USB to the PC and play next process (the Sony software, however, always requires an update, otherwise you have a problem).

According to the test of Keys, the Micro track of M-Audio recording a better quality than the R1 and you can just connect professional mics. Although the R1 has replaceable batteries.
From the price since the two are nothing, so they are fairly equal.
Comments would be nice if would come to me in my decision to help.
Have up to now always of Sonygenommen MD recorder and am less satisfied

For Interviewton (for example, on a Ansteckmikro, these are all 3.5 mm jack), it would be no preference for music recordings (eg in conjunction with a mixer), the M would be better audio. Wilt thou then go fishing or using a longer and more balanced cables with the appropriate microphone, that would be an important criterion.

What I like the M-Audio just noticed is the negative Battery, where I think it is synonymous USB battery packs are.
The processing seems to the M-Audio synonymous to be better
