480 TV when I have these lines with 4:3 multiplinziere and kellfaktor by a current of 0.85 divides, I come to 752 pixels!
So I zeile per 752Pixel but only in 480 lines can be represented by details and lost!

kellfaktor of approximately 0.67 and not, as written above 0.85. This number was experimentally determined with trial.
"resolution" to "lines" usually means that with the number indicating how many vertical lines (or points per image line) is visible on the device can display before everything is a graufläche.
