Frage von Unhuman05:Hello!
I am a student s.der Münster Academy of Art and there studying film, photography and digital arts.
For my next short film I need an effect, which I currently have difficulty with, because I do not know exactly WITH WHAT PROGRAM I s.besten implement it, or with what technology.
As we know, many roads lead to Rome (ed), I'll ask for me, what you did so for ideas, then such I look at the easiest or most effective out: D
Undzwar aim is to remove the cast at their faces. So the head should still be present, but no eyes, nose, mouth, ears. Instead, only skin. A quasi-sac as a face;)
As the performers move synonymous in the film, would probably in some way with the whole motion tracking / face tracking (to be realized?). Please come to me with the idea of not using any masks - that does not work here, since later in the film certain parts of the face to appear again, and the body will merge into one another.
What must be shown in detail:
1.) faces No. / No Ears
2nd melt) body parts to each other (eg, a finger of another actor with the face)
3.) facial parts reappear - like an eye / a nose ...
I sit around the s.Besten?
My Professor told me to use Stop Motion and postprocess each picture with Photoshop - but since there are certainly synonymous ne simpler method with tracking!?
How is it to look around later, you can see on my experimental Attachment! Please look!
Schonmal Thanks for your answers!
Gruß,
Dimitrios.

That would not be the problem with a mask that you can even animate any time or delete them.
Motion Tracking, yes, but not with a static mask, as people move in, yes. There is probably no way around it to make it through rotoscoping, ie to create one or more masks for the face to ... As I said, to appear again to face (mask off) is not the problem. Programs => After Effects or Combustion ...
Antwort von Axel:
Either as Uwe wrote or your Prof or both. Rotoscoping in
Shake not only doing well of the hand, it has), especially the Clone Stamp tool, we all know from Photoshop (for removal of the faces.
What did you do so s.der university?

Hi!
Schonmal Thank you for the answers!
In college, we work in the mail almost exclusively with Adobe After Effects, but there is no problem other Programs to use. We have a Mac G4 / G5 and Windows PCs, is thus given s.Programmnutzbarkeit everything. For example, we use the cut Final Cut Pro or / and Avid.
With the mask, I meant now not ne virtual mask, but a material (eg latex): D I thought you did that is to misunderstand someone * g *
SHAKE is of? And? And how should I s.besten spin? I then have to use markers that glue into the faces "?
Antwort von bigtitsmember:
Sooo, if I have understood all this, I use rotoscoping, together with tracking so that the mask is moved along with the actor - where I once again would be the problem: D Which program either is possible? Adobe After Effects has, as far as I know, no tracking!? How it looks with Eyematic FaceTrack? Can something? Is this just a plugin for another program? Know my way around the area too little when it comes to finding nen good program: D

Antwort von Uwe:
After Effects has a good tracker (at least in the 6.5 + 7 Series). AE has a copy synonymous temple.
Personally, I would make it through rotoscoping. Even with the clone stamp would be surely to continuously adapt the forms.
Motion tracking in this case is probably not so appropriate, because the problem of the dyn. Anpasujng the masks s.den tracker exists. Then, rather like Roto ...
Antwort von Gast1:
Pros AE Motion Tracker works only in 2D. The possibilities of AE Trackers are well described in this tutorial: http://www.digitalvideoediting.com/2002/03_mar/tutorials/aetracking.htm
MatchMover work in 3D: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Match_moving
There you will find a description, but synonymous Information Programs, etc. However, not simply the whole thing.
Antwort von Unhuman05:
Hi! In 2D is not that enough?
How have done this for here:
? It looks quite useful, the whole ... super moves synonymous with the "actor" with ...
Antwort von Gast1:
Whether it's enough or not depends on your footage. Without knowing what to hardly anyone can answer this question.
Had to try.
Antwort von Unhuman05:
can anyone recommend me a good rotoscoping How2? :)
Antwort von Uwe:
Scroll down to some rotoscoping 2 (You can omit the 1):
