If you look at the intro of
looks in 720p, then you can clearly see the edges of the mask, with which I have split the logo into two separate elements.
I have the same sequence previously rendered out in another video in 720p synonymous and you have not seen this mask.
Can anyone give a hint on how this mask is made?

I have no idea how this edge is created, but try it's just with 1px softer edge.

For me, it looks as if your logo has a white background and you do nen Luma Key you used to make free, which is not very clean. On white background it is not so clear before already though. If you are working with After Effects, there are an effect, which I think is called mat improve Choker / mat so that you can pretty much get away the messy edges.
Is it so? If not, gives no details about time, in any form is present your logo and what program you're working with.
