Hello, I have a SonyHDR-HC3E and have bought a replacement battery. Since I have a Sony battery was too expensive, I got a replica of the NP FP-90. My problem is that I could use the battery, but if I want to recharge the battery, the CHG lamp flashes, which means that the battery was not installed properly or the battery is defective. When I hang the camera to the network, it works with the battery properly. As I said, the company worked with the battery, charging is not. Does anybody any advice?

Hi Marvin,
If charging does not work then the battery is empty and then eventually want the camcorder is no longer synonymous with it. I would complain to the Battery.
I hope that the HC3 is on the compatibility list of your spare battery?
