Hello together
since my Canon XH A1 was stolen recently, I am now looking for a replacement. Anything I have to do with the money so ;-)
'm Still very unsure which device for now would be the right one. Important to me is manual aperture, zoom and focus. That was what I synonymous s.der XH A1 then very sure has.
The best possible low-light performance would also be desirable.
Finally, I'm in the recording medium is still very uncertain. Since I am very unsure on this issue I would appreciate tips on whether to remain meaningful way, with tapes, or rather switching to something with your memory card or the like.
Would be grateful for any kind of suggestion.

I possess synonymous itself an XH-A1,
And when I browse around here always synonymous.

the benefits still outweigh even the marginal disadvantage.
For my film division is incidentally the "tape" is still Top!
Cost-effective if one is longer on the road .. eg ..

If you handle the man-like shape of the A1, there is nothing better for the same money.
For slightly more, there is the SonyEX-1. Which has not only 25% higher resolution, variable frame rates and real slow motion, but above all synonymous memory cards as recording media. The term "future-oriented" I find stupid, because tapeless workflow is beneficial even in the present, and tapes are the other good long-term storage medium. The long-term storage could play in both cases, hard disks, because larger amounts of data for the reusable cards are too expensive, just to rumzuliegen and the tapes to archive again neither convenient nor practical.

But that there are: the XH-A1, for example ;-) record namely, DV tapes, as well as digital memory cards, for example. But if you are SDHC cards rather then the Panasonic HMC151 might have something for you. A EX1 she certainly is falling far from it.

Otherwise, the setup XH A1 and XL H 1 nen dream setup - then still a 35mm adapter to come - what you want because at the moment more ;-)
Maybe even ne HV 30 as capture bitch and Third BackUp Cam ;-)
Everything already on tape - perfect - I can not stand give 1280 x 720 from ;-) I can still necessary oversight to 1920x1080 and scale with letter boxes at a pinch.

Conclusion you buy the XH A1 XH L ne again or used by the HD but the WW nen some slightly more appealing feature .... get the synonymous now needed to consider a fair price - in combination with external nem Sound Recorder on TC basis - the XH A
