If you have the After Effects Professional version, you must also install this plugin.
One of the Cycore plug-ins and they are located on the installation CD.

Thanks for your quick response, but unfortunately I have only the demo of AE7.0, ie synonymous, I have only the Demo of Cycore ...
But now I need this Blur / Sharpen plugin (RadialFastBlur)
very very urgent and it is only this one! So it would be stupid to buy only for a plugin like the whole bundle of Cycore.
