The Micro is very bulky, heavy and very sensitive, you need a shockmount as SM4. This has Tonstativgewinde below, but there is an adapter plate with screw down, which fits into the hot shoe. Thus, the Micro is an annoucement of camera operation and self-noise-decoupled relatively well.
These camcorders have only of a small-jack input, but there are adapter cables of XLR to stereo jack. The Micro requires phantom power, but it can generate with one 9V block itself. It is mono, but you have the sound on both stereo tracks, there is a powerful sound. If one sets the initial level, you can disqualify times loud talking or clapping into the microphone, and to such a peak level out. The dynamic range of 48 Khz, 16 bit will still sufficient for quieter Atmosounds, and synonymous without headphones to get out quite well. Emergency setting one. AGC level + ". Directional effect is rather limited,'s just not a dedicated directional microphone. But is ideally suited for a beautiful, lush classic movie sound into the bass range. Frequency quite linear, micro is meant for music recordings, so acceptance of individual instruments, choirs, etc.
For outdoor shots we very much need a windbreak / Deadcats. There are so simple fur Dinger, drüberzieht the one on the acoustic foam windscreen. Stronger breezes, but still sometimes require a high pass filter, which wipe out the whole meaning of this arrangement again. (If it is reasonably calm, you can close both dialogs, close-ups, record close s.Sprecher Camera) well, as synonymous to add a picture without sound recording device, camcorder, divert, and individual sounds of individual subsequently again very close, which is then programmed in the Editing under entpr.
