I have a small device that removes impurities of videos such as wobble and Pixel errors. The device has S-video and output, so I want to go my ViVo card at the output of the Videoscramler and the output when the signal back into the card goes ViVo and in real time with a very good recording does what I need for Programs and s.besten how it makes use

Hello,
If I correctly understood your question, it is not technically possible, what you have before. You could spend at most s.PC the signal power to put the "little device running" and to record on another PC or recorder.
