Hi,
mal ne question about the SD707.
Every time I with a soft depth of field (I hope they call it so, is always a big issue ...) would like to work for example. in macro photography, and Aperture fully open (!) I'm almost always a diamond-shaped background, which never quite soft.
I realize that it is the structure of the Aperture because it has only four blades. But if the aperture is fully open, or even higher, but the effect should be gigging at all?? Or I am wrong. Especially the effect is on in the background when something shiny. Synonymous've already used the portrait mode and macro mode ... always the same!

I realize that it is the structure of the Aperture because it has only four blades. A simple diamond panel has never four lamellae but only two square, constituting the diamond. P.5 first real disk you can speak of a higher quality Aperture.

Then s.besten always shoot with aperture and the rest via neutral density (or restricted via shutter) control.
