What I do not understand is the resolution "HE1440. If I spot one that resolution is the picture quality even better than at the higher recording in 1920x1080. Otherwise it looks when the AVCHD material on the Panasonic software MPEG2 converter, then the 1920 resolution is better than the smaller Resolutionund strangely, the conversion - though the amount of data is greater - much faster?

At first glance, this may be confusing, but if you ran in mind that 1440 × 1080 pixels are less than 1920 × 1080, it is synonymous clear that, for the same data rate (it is the same data?) In the case of the Picture of 1920 × 1080 to be more compressed, which may lead to visible artifacts.
