Frage von BEAMER:SDR HV40: transfer video editing - - DVD burn Hello,
Hopefully I will not be stoned (because HV "40" and possibly other "naive questions").
I want to play my videos of the HV40 to your PC and then be-/verarbeiten and need plus a few tips. Now first let me note only that neither W nor Drivers had to dub in the package. Have a Pentium 4, XP, 3GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM.
1. Which software do I need to dub
2. Which video editing SW would evt suitable for my PC?
I want to basically cut clips, insert transitions and titles easily, insert pictures, set to music and burn DVDs.
I do not formerly on my HDV camcorder with such simple programs like Movie Maker or Pinnacle Studio done, I actually just continue but just in HD Resolutionbzw. Format.
The IEEE 1364 cable, I've still got!
Anyone who has experience with the HV40?
What do I need new s.SW and Drivers evt and where to buy? Is there, perhaps even suitable freeware? Calculator as my performance? - I'm grateful for all the tips and advice!

HDVSplit as synonymous to an automatic scene separation is possible.
For the cut, I think
Canopus Edius NEO2 be particularly suitable.
