RECORD seems to work: I have to say at least a picture on the screen or viewfinder. But: When playing with PLAY neither a picture comes on the screen, still in the viewfinder! I uberspielt clips on Vaio, via ilink - has since come to play no picture more ... How can I solve the problem? Thanks for the help!

Sowas I had previously only in the HC3, and HDMI. There was a brief turn with this battery degradation condition has changed again. Perhaps synonymous helps the reset button (hole) s.der HC1 ..... ... Therefore, always connect the camera to the s.Firewire off. Firewire is designed for hot plug (connection in the switched-mode) and then run all my devices are synonymous. If static electricity destroys something, it is not because s.den 5 volts, which abut s.Firewireport but s.den additional 15,000 V static. My advice: Always ground before electronic devices are connected to each other (no preference which one).
