Hello,
I bought the upgrade Pinnacle Studio 10th Now I want to sell on ebay and the full version of Studio 9. I am registered with Pinnacle. Can I do that so and if so, what should I consider when selling? If the buyer can get problems with the registration?
I also want to sell the full version of Adobe Photoshop 3.0, because my wife bought me the upgrade rather than the full version 4.0.
Could this be the case otherwise?

When updating AFAIK You can not sell the previous version, in which Photoshop you can safely dispose of, as you continue to have even a full version.

Hello,
basic level, you can sell the purchased software again, of course. But you should be synonymous clear that you mean the license to use this software loses.
So if the software after the sale still be on a calculator, you make yourself liable to prosecution.
The buyer purchases with the purchase (whether of private or through the dealer has no preference) the license to use this software. By registering at the Manufacturer and the related support will be even more complicated. Adobe, I know that the use of licensed s.einen third party may be transferred if the seller says Adobe to no longer use this software and the buyer gives notice. Best you ask because at times directly to Adobe.
If waived, the buyer and to support registration, the whole thing is anyway only unnecessary paperwork. Legally, however, should insure accordingly both parties.
From the masses is synonymous argue: Where no plaintiff, because no judge!
Offering the things s.and registered versions on ebay as the buyer knows what awaits him ...
