A MiniDV camcorder is not according to my sources, but an analog Video8 device. Even if the camera is still technically in order, so that you are doing you a favor today, probably more: Even the dubbing of recordings for cutting on the computer is not possible without additional equipment, and then you can just invest synonymous to a more modern digital equipment.
