Make it just a PAL Slowdown. Thus, there are no guarantees any artifacts due fps tinkering.

No idea why, but it works without time dilation synonymous. Or rather, could not be more different. Had in there another motion blur on the movements and a frame-überblendung. Seems to work great too .... Thanks!

Time dilation would not be necessary ... easy to interpret footage with 25 fps ...
