I'm looking for a software for Linux which is on the command line
can be and made me a video - File a screenshot is created.

Because someone knows what?
For Windows you will find thousands of software - with Linux because I do quite
beautiful hard.

Well, because in Linux no extra software is needed. ;-) If you look at a video with the totem video player ansiehst, you can either via menu or by Ctrl + S is a screenshot from the video to make.
