These should be bred, however, is PAL or NTSC signal to act. With television standard mixtures, as they spend normal home video recorders, such an A / D converter does not do much.

Thanks for the link. On the Page of Canopus.de I already was. The devices give as output from a DV video compliant with each of 25/29, 97 fps. As far as I know they will be very good. However, I can not do anything with it. Mixed signals were now not the problem but rather the rate that I could not capture.

What do you have in mind? And what do you want to do with the later recordings?
Video editing requires a certain computerseitig performance. If that is not given, I would first look for a suitable computer. ;-)

PS: If you irritate the value of 29.97 fps: NTSC has not exactly 30 but actually 29.97 frames per second.
