Hi,
I am looking for an HD camcorder from the lower consumer segment, both with 25 and 30, even better with 50 and 60 all images (progressive) can accommodate at least the HD 720s.
I do not know if and how it is possible with camcorders such as between EU and U.S. operating switch (eg with other firmware), most models are indeed offered worldwide, so the difference may be purely softwarebedingt.
The background is simple, that I will work with students and together they make it synonymous with ordinary digital cameras, film, etc.. It may well be that I would then piecing material from various sources (mostly 15, 30 or 60 fps). And I do not want to 25 to 30 conversions.
I also would like the requested Camera synonymous but can use for ordinary hobby projects, the land may be times on conventional PAL DVDs - that's why the PAL format.
On a specific tip in the direction of enlightenment, or something to eventual EU / US switchover would be nice.

I'm afraid there's does not look too good: The Billigteile often take only on NTSC and PAL standard consumer camcorders in this country, of course. Between 50Hz and 60Hz switchable then only some camcorder s.der Henkel class are up, but priced much lower than what you probably want to spend. This is synonymous to subsequent extensions by Firm and / or hardware: I understand that currently provides only for the Canon XH and XL-H-series - against regular fee, of course.
The cheapest way to go would be two tracks, probably the Canon 550D: This is not a camcorder, but a video-capable DSLR with all the systemic advantages and disadvantages, but they at least dominated both the format change.

Switched between two modes in addition to the JVC HM700, HM100, the synonymous when it 1080p50 should be, then I would recommend the Panasonic 707th
