Hello,
I'm looking for a travel-and video tripod for my Canon HV20.
The tripod should be used at home and in the vssynonymous leave can be taken up and will cost around 100 ¬. Hab synonymous to wander a bit.
I am on the Velbon DV -7000 (approx. 3.5 kg) and the Velbon CX-686 (2kg) encountered.
I've got a bit of a problem with the weight of DV -7000, since the with in the plane and must be taken on walks.
- What would you do s.meiner body?
- If 3.5 kilograms still ok? I simply can not imagine how it is ...
- What are Tripods take with on holiday?

Manfrotto Carbon Tripod
055CXpro4. The absolute hammer, very highly extendable according to your wishes, extremely stable synonymous with a HDV501 head, folded up just 54.5 inches and only 1.7 n.schwer. Thanks to quick closures in a few seconds, ready for use. On this tripod, I would no longer, it would never hergeben. But does hold its price to 400 euros, but it is never difficult to tow and stow it well.

thanks for the reply. 400 euros is too much but me. Maximum approximately 100 euros, I would like to spend.
Do you expect that 2kg is ok to travel?
What made with 3.5 kilograms?

This Tripod is traveling really a hit.

Jens Actually would be for me the feeling that her Velbon DV -7000 the right, so everything you read about has to be pretty good. For home would fit! What I have put off the 3.5 kg in 20kg max. Flight luggage.
On vacation, we always rent a car, ie, the Tripod will be with rumgefahren. Basically so ok, but for occasional walks ichs then can probably forget about your data ;-)
I need is a tripod for home and for the holidays!

Is the thing of all? We want a synonymous EOS 400D to make it.
I've already thought that I purchased the DV -7000, and for the holidays whose fluid-head abmacht (which is indeed quite good) and at a cheap lightweight tripod plug, such as user domain or says ... a monopod, that makes sense?
Or I try the first-Hama Tripod of my brother on vacation?

The Pan is a fairly difizile history, synonymous with a really good tripod.
And with a Monopod is not simple.

Wonder you can not expect you. A Monopod like fluidgedäpfte Manfrotte 560 B will always be a Monopod! The whole decision is holding a "Kompromissentescheidung".
I photograph for 30 years and 10 years since I movies with a Canon XM 1st I have three legs of tripod Cullmann (Titan 400) Manfrotto and Gitzo.
As I said, since 1 week I check the Monopod. In my opinion, synonymous for Beginners! Pans succeed VERY good, of course, you have a little practice, but where you have not?
I have the Stqtiv for 129 euros at Saturn purchased.
Depending on if it is possible the monopod against a fixed object to pinch or press leaves no wish unfulfilled.
Standing alone, no camera, you can attach it, nothing will come of it.

Manfrotto 700RC2 Fluid Head
a total of just under 2 kg
If it should go fast and extremely light and space to be: a Gorillapod, which I synonymous to the fluid head mount. So synonymous pans excellent (with one hand hold tripod, rotate with the other). Everything tested umpteen times!
