Frage von katau:I am relatively new to this forum and have the following specific question: can I have a Rode NTG-2 microphone with a Sennheiser SKP operate 100 G3 (corresponding receiver is available). Is there anyone who has this combination in practical use?
Already many thanks for the answers
Antwort von deti:

thanks for the quick and clear answer. Would have an additional question: is therefore probably synonymous (via XLR cable - mini-jack) with the SK 100 pocket transmitter G3?
Antwort von deti:
Yes, go, but is not very sexy.

Yes, the question was synonymous only fundamental nature. Your responses to me have certainly helped very much - thank you!
Antwort von mov:
Yes, it comes with the SKP, but only with battery power, since the SKP100 does not supply phantom power.
Antwort von Randoms:
I have both devices in use and it works.
However, there is a rode NTG-2 with and without battery power, you need the Micro in the MIT version, or does not work out the cause.

... However, there is a rode NTG-2 with and without battery power ... Is this new? Until now, the NTG-1 alone for phantom power and the NTG-2 with an additional battery supply.

Is this new? Until now, the NTG-1 alone for phantom power and the NTG-2 with an additional battery supply. Just as it is Bernd, made a mistake.
Had the first time and ordered NTG1 just swapped out the reason for the skp hand transmitter and the phantom powering by battery and then against the NTG2.
