I noticed especially the wonderful acoustic and optical scene transitions. I found great. The Optics of the film is synonymous beautiful I find.
I have some problems with the plot. I do not have an end. In theory, you started a frame (the protagonist looks back on the bench), but it does not finish practice. What happened with the protagonists on the bench in the present? Someone loses everything as I find some way too little action. I'm not with tears. Felt, every second film festivals similar action. The owner / executor works for me synonymous very credible.
People who live in glass houses should not throw stones with, so I'm probably the wrong person for such criticism. But that was what I noticed :-)

As a viewer wants it, of course, for the poor guy a happy ending, that would be what the soul ....

The dialogue with the owner's awful. Materially incorrect and unreliable. The S & W look is typical of freshmen films.
The story: hm. No idea what you want to tell. A typical craft lacks drama, of course. But this is not a must.
The sound transitions were good. The camera was synonymous quite well, with setbacks of settings are not good (like Total-> Close-> Total). telling stories with cuts and not tell with a beautiful picture.
