times do believe that it exists and I just not find in the manual ...

Apple + "b" = Disconnect this track (razor blade)
Apple + "bb" = cutting through all the tracks (Double Blade)

gruß, klaas. You mean without clicking? This is Crtl. + "V". Otherwise, as I said "b" + click. Or I do not understand what you mean.
