no, no, no there is no Aperture to a fraction. Shutter just means that the integration time, the sensor load is reduced ... and even that is not entirely correct. Instead, the one loaded in the shutter in the sensor arrived photons by time of the shutter in the cache and the remaining photons that come in time before the end of the image sequence to be deleted afterwards.

To that extent you are right, more light than a full image sequence can not occur. (Interlaced is different, since both fields are on the full integration time).
