If you're in Europe and films in fluorescent light flicker, then with exactly 50 Hz and take your camera right to the point, ergo it flickers nothing.
Only if your camera does not just 50 Hz because it comes as American - has problems.
I have in my life the way only once experienced flickering: were in a museum "shining shoes" is used. This flickered with 60.8 Hz (Clear Scan's addressed).
