Hello,
I do not know how exactly it is, or how to describe it. When man has eliminated old CRT monitors, then that picture is always collapsed. Only at one stroke and then to a point and then slowly faded. Or stop something like that. At least I have such a vague picture of them in my memory and that are synonymous seen in some shooting. I am looking for exactly this typical sequence of input or switching off a tube monitor.
Is it somewhere and it's free to download for free use to insert it into your own project?

Hi Jear,
I have taken a few months ago even as a "Ausschalteffekt. I have made a part of the effect in Premiere, another part with After Effects.
Specifically, I wanted to mimic a surveillance video, that is cheap "television quality" with a few lines and Noise in the Picture, Color and some only a few frames per second.
First, I created a line mask to reduce the Resolutionkünstlich and to create a "television-feeling". Then the color saturation and rausgenommen frames / sec significantly reduced. Until now everything was in Premiere (for each x-synonymous, however, can serve any editing program).
The edited material I then imported into After Effects and a slight noise added (in about the same as if you have a worse with analog television signal). The actual power-off, I have simulated a lens effect, so that the picture around a circle is getting smaller and smaller and eventually ends up as a point which will be darker and darker. Simultaneously, a color change made to the bluish, and the noise is getting stronger.
