Hello,
a tutorial I do not know, but I can tell you, perhaps, how you achieved:
1.Unter stylize find the function lights. Set to Color A and B, which asked to be white. When radius and intensity you need to look at times, what s.besten looks, but I suggest: Radius = 50, intensity = 5
2. Under Color correction function you can find the hue / saturation. Adjusting the saturation just a bit down (maybe around -30).
3. Under Color correction, you will find the function curves. I can not describe well, but if you are familiar with curves, I hope you know what I mean. Get the Picture with the RGB channel a little bit of adjusting contrast and rich blue in the blue channel slightly high.
