If you have the answer to your question synonymous to accept PP2.0, then I can tell you that under Effects -> Video Effects -> Distort -> vertices move most of the you are looking for. With a little self Rumsuchen in absehbarvielen effects of PP's did you even sure you can solve. And did you learn much more about PP, I can imagine.
The current version number of Windows programs can be found incidentally by default under Help -> About, or the German counterpart.
