Hello!
I am desperate to search for a way with the help of a DVR program (like Myth TV etc) take the stream my camcorder (and simple to cut and burn)
Most can get in the Programs only DVB -S/T/C, but a camcorder not recognize the signal.
Do you know a solution?

I have a SonyHDR-HC3. This is an HDV with Firewire. If necessary, I could synonymous one usb (webcam) Connect or ichat cam with firewire.

Why do not you take a simple editing program like something from the listing of Magix?
You can order your HDV normally on the calculator and transfer it via Firewire cut synonymous easy. An internal combustion function also has the stuff of Magix.

I need the whole thing for a particular application. The benefit of DVR is the easy handling. Editing programs were too complicated for the user.
I found a program that is roughly in the direction:
It is called LOILO and can be operated by touch pad. Disadvantage is that it is (still) not to pay as a complete system. (LOILO a special graphics card needs to run properly)
The way out would be DVDR. So I would be glad if I could help jmd.
