can work with virtual dub-effect keyframes?

This probably allows any video editing software. An example: Sony Vegas Movie Studio.

I have not vdl premium and 15 apparently starts since.
I wish I honestly do not buy a complete extra-pack only the gaussian smoothing to use it. is not some stripped-after-effect-like package for around 50 ¬?
