Hey,
My father still has a lot of old video (tapes with recordings from our childhood and we would like to look at again.
Consider giving him a used Sony CCD - one of V100E to Abrietskollegen, however, when the battery charger is no longer available.
Does this camera without synonymous, so with "stream out of the socket. That would be totally ausrechend around who can watch old video tapes too. Would it be possible synonymous digitize them?
what would a reasonable price for the camera?
Gibts perhaps simpler ways (to digitize the tapes could cost at least 5 euro a band and we have a lot of it would even be happy to make itself synonymous.)

When the camera is on no battery charger or power adapter while it is practically worthless. The accompanying Batteries are designed over or empty.
You prefer to purchase one on Ebay Hi8 recorder or player. The usually give a better picture than an age-old Video8-camera. Even alone because of the S-video output.
Then you need a capture card.
All in all, it might be better to external tapes to digitize.
How many tapes are they?
