I work at the moment with Pinnacle Studio 10 Plus, but I am anything but enthusiastic.
First, the program crashes constantly from the various operations. Then you can no ordinary DVD menu (eg several nested menus). And the effects are after some time, but very bogged down, it leaves little space for creativity.
Now I would like to change a new program, however, I would not spend 1000 euro for this.
What do you think of the following programs?

Pinnacle Studio 11 Ultimate Pros is to Lengths creative (much more plug-ins included!), Faster, more complete and it is very stable!

Vegas Movie Studio has many features of the more expensive Vegas, but it is in the number of audio - and video tracks on each 4 restricted. Some filters are not applicable. If one's not enough times, you can cost-effectively to the great Vegas-version update. The software runs perfectly stable.
There are several versions - for HDV, you should take the Platinum version. I would in any case times get the free trial, and I see how I like the software:

Beware when buying on amazon.de, the version offered here is likely to be 6, which are synonymous in German. In English the 7er is already available, but when you download version of the Sony would have to buy Page.
Adobe Premiere Elements less can I say - users who use this software, but more good reports.
