have a DRC-PC300, unfortunately they never came to the German market is a top instrument but unfortunately :-( fully in Japanese
one knows whether there may be a firmware update where you can at least ask the Language in English would be grateful for any help

yes, but that's not really the problem, you can convert everything and almost every recent Television can play ntsc
