Hello together,
have here in the forum have poked around a bit but not really about this discovery.
My question (s ).... in the hope that someone can help me:
Have I bought the SonyCybershot DSC-M2. A great instrument! Movies are recorded in MP4 format.
I would now like to merge different films Entering say every time a nice transition and s.Anfang can import a text. At the moment I do use the following software:
Ulead VideoStudio 8 SE DVD. No idea whether there are better software? Maybe because someone told me a tip.
I read here desöfteren of encoding or encode. Do I have to do it before I edit a movie? Or. what should I do, what software do I need to get the best out of the shooting, and in order to 1 quality does not suffer including 2nd active, eg a 7min. Film 1.5 gig is not big.
Work around my problem is that I do not know how I did with an MP4 format. You are reading soooo many things of different applications, because I do not look through.
Basically I want to, as already described above, together movies, perform a bit of text, store, burn and fertisch.
Please help me!

Edit an editing program which MP4, should not be hard to find. There are established programs of almost all trials.
If you want to work in another format, you must first convert the material (it is indeed always fraught with losses). Without criticizing the choice of your current recording format to want to MPEG4 is unfortunately not the first choice. The MiniDV format would be more suitable to do so. (see the current entry-synonymous threads here in the forum)
