Frage von Andre:Hello!
I would like to me, because the hc1's only works with sony microphones, and buying me the HST1 or hqp1, but unfortunately I do not know what to take.
I thought until now that the hc1 can only aufnhemen stereo but then I had on one side, the gelsesen
"And your ears are pampered with anschue your movies. The HDR-HC1 features 4 built-in microphone capsules which absorb the sound as a wide stereo sound. With an optional multi-channel microphone, you can optimize this effect yet."
this means that the hc1 it takes a kind of surround sound? And what is wide stereo?
I would not really aufnhemen in surround sound, one can stop it? deshal I would not synonymous, the hqp1 preferred, unless there is a possibility to stereo Umzu typifies quality and provide better absorption than has HST1.
I've read somewhere else again, that the hc1 the rammöglichkeit of hqp1 can not use and only in stereo deshlab takes??
HST1 when I find good that you can switch between 90 and 120 degrees!
So what would you like me to do and what takes hc1 now on?
My goal is to incorporate the noise of the engine with only the record and what happened before the camera. Is that possible with one of the micros? I would like to know whether synonymous sounded appearange is better or worse.
thank you very much

Hello,
I had already explained here:
5 vs. HC HC 7 For HDV type 2 (and Canon and Sony) can be systemic hinbekommen no reel 5 channel sound or surround sound, because no trace is free.
I have Sony Germany original documents, where HC stands 1 & 3 with HQP 1 "Stereo" - in some DV models (; HC 90,94,96 etc) or (DVD models, 403 etc) it is a pure multi-channel sound. Yes, there is the Widemodus attempts made by the Micro recorded multi-channel sound for HDV 2 cobbled together to create a surround sound, but sounds not particularly better or vermittellt surround sound, VAD had then written as synonymous. You'll just need to test how it sounds to you.
The HC 1 has yet eh a 3.5 mm jack mic input as I would anyway use a different micro say Rode VideoMic or Sennheiser MKE 300 - mono polar pattern. HST 1 is probably the best for the original Sony consumer, but actually a stereo microphone.
For the 3.5 mm Mirko you have to come get only one adapter, the two not fit on the small AIS Sonydrauf.

At Canon HDV 4 channel sound is possible to use, in contrast to Sony (; MPEG 1 Layer 2) MPEG 2 Layer 2 compression at the XL H 1
MPEG 1 Layer II - 2 channel 16 bit / 384 Kbit / sec - SonyHC 1 & 3
In DV mode, multi-channel recording is possible (; uncompressed PCM sound), only to be used in a few HC 1 & 3.
