Moin, from my own experience as owner of FX1000, the Micro is so sensitive that such sounds are recorded with. Films themselves (almost) never go out of hand, only with tripod or steady, but if from the hand, Micro with spider.
Well, the FX1000 will cost good money, but ultimately "just" an amateur camera when synonymous Fine Art but I'm very happy for my needs a good camera. You have to get to know their quirks and just deal with it.
