Hello dear forum community!
After 5 years Hobbyfilmerei with the SonyTRV-33 is now available to a system change. Actually, the old Sonynoch works perfectly as s.ersten day, but the new HD television time would really see sharp images, and we probably will fail on an HD camera did not :-)
The Choice is narrower
1) SonyHDR-XR500V
2) Panasonic HDC-SD300
The Sonyhat obviously a better low-light behavior and is therefore in the preferential something forward. However, it takes on hard drive, rather than on SDHC card.
This leads me already synonymous to my question: When was my old camcorder - especially in enclosed spaces - usually a buzz from tape to listen to the recording. Like the day looks at Festplattencamcordern? It is expected especially in the Sonywith a drive noise? That would speak again with the Panasonic.
According to the data sheet may Sonysynonymous a Memory Stick to be used. Is this synonymous suited for video, or here are only saved pictures?
Once of these two questions - what would the two options you prefer and why the exception?

Hello,
where there is no clear winner, there are two very equal-cameras. The wrong choice of camera does not apply to the two models.

One (; XR 500) halt boasts better interior shots, no clearer than SD 300 but sharper s.Bord GPS is becoming a better LCD, just a tad bit more sharpness synonymous with natural light, Remote control via AV cable, direct 576i PAL recording, A video slow motion.
The SD 300 has (that's, what XR 500) lacks a focus or zoom ring, manual shutter and manual level control, AF Tracking, Time Lapse, better color reproduction thanks to 3 chips, a standard accessory shoe.
And a few little things.
This is really so uncertain in direction, depending on what the buyer is more important to bring him closer to Sonyoder Panasonic.
Yes, the Memory Stick Pro Duo can be used for filming - synonymous in best quality -. You should know that only about 30 minutes with 4 GB are schaffbar in best quality - what makes it expensive. Copy of hard drive to Memory Stick is synonymous possible.
As a "secret" yet, so it should be working on Memory Stick Duo Adapter Micro SD, what made it more favorable again.
But it is not improbable that Sony2010 synonymous with camcorders the SD / HC card as a medium makes possible, at the brand new digital SLR models, has been synonymous for the first time a pure SD slot (: what would you expect of Sonynie).
