I might have been synonymous my search for these things often used FindSounds Page, but I know this sound does not understand English.

the sound of the "ant-soccer" You sometimes get after 1:34 clock when the North German private broadcaster has Feierabend.
If there is to be a little faster: Simply stand the television between two channels, then add the sound.
